50 Journal Prompts to Help You Connect with Yourself
I just got back from a vacation to the mountains. And mountains always put me in a very pensive mood. There is just something about the enormity of the Himalayas that makes you reflect and wonder about yourself and your life. They make you think about how insignificant some of the problems that we think we have are. And they make you ponder on the futility of certain worries that you have.
And what better tool do we have for self-reflection and self-assessment than journaling! I have talked extensively about how the habit of journaling can transform your life and help you build on your Life Résumé. For those of you who are new here and would like to know what Life Résumé is, you can find the post here. If you would like to read about why you should journal and what are some of the types of journals that you can maintain, you can find the post here.

Picked up a journal because it looked really cute and then waited and waited for the perfect inspiration to hit me so that my journal can look like the best version of a journal you have ever seen. But sometimes, inspiration can be hard to come by. Which is why I have compiled this list of 50 Journal Prompts that will nudge you to explore your connection with yourself. So, go ahead, pull out that cute little blank journal you have and start scribbling.
